For bathroom suites we offer a free 5-7 days shipping, provided the items ordered are not special order goods with a longer lead time. Please give us a call or email us with your inquiry, and we will revert to you within 24 hours.  Alternatively you can book an appointment with us at the showroom and we can assist you with the best options.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after placing the order with any additional shipping information.  All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.  

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless expressly noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information. Please refer to our Terms.  

All Orders over £500 will be delivered free of charge (provided the delivery is within England). Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Island, and Wales will be chargeable at standard rates mentioned in delivery charges. For any deliveries outside of England and over the weight 1100Kg, please email us before placing your order.

 DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 We do not offer international shipping. 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 For Larger Pallet deliveries or tiles, please provide us with the address via email if your address is not accessible for larger vehicles than Long Wheel Base. If the delivery driver can not access the address and we are not informed before, then Amore BT Ltd will not be held liable for a failed delivery, and the delivery charge will still be taken.   

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
